If it's on xbox 360, make sure you're signed in to XBL THEN play Skyrim so it can update itself.
Initiating Dawnguard is easy, after level 10, guards around the main holds will begin talking about Vampires and if you talk to one you should get the quest :3

Yes, Mormons are heavily discouraged from drinking coffee, but aren't going to get cast into outer darkness for it. It's one of those things the 'good' Mormons do. So yes, we know Mormons who firmly believe in the Church, you can see their lines and everything, but still drink coffee. We also aren't in Utah where everyone's watching though.
