So people will say this movie/book inspired him or made him do it -
to do that to a person, you don't just one day, as an educated adult, decide that would be fun since you saw a movie about it...
They both consented to play, but then he took it too far. I really hope there isn't a group of morons blaming pop culture for this over the individual, that obviously had some issues.

@Kord I found the strategic price manipulation by the owner pretty interesting, I don't believe that many fads are able to accomplish that successfully like Ty did, if they try it at all
