Say I have loads of NC items but no gift boxes, if someone sends me a GBC does that give me a gift box automatically?

I think you can get between 1 and 5 boxes from opening a GBC :)

Guys have less pressure to be thin
They generally have higher metabolisms.

I know few people who keep track of their intake and exercise as obsessively as I do; but then again, I know few people who keep track of anything as obsessively as I do. I think Penguin comes close though

i do care a little bit of what food i eat, especially before and after a workout. i dont really care about calories though because i think it doesnt really matter how many calories just as long as im hitting my protein intake and getting some carbs in. most of the time however, i just eat whatever the hell i want and its cause of that im over 20% bf
