Gluten free is really only expensive if you try to replace the wheat equally. If you don't do that, the cost is the same as any whole food diet.

hmmm... http://www.healthline.com/health/allergies/gluten-food-list It really doesn't sound that bad, except for the bit about no flour. A work around for pancakes sounds like too much of a headache for mornings. I guess breakfast is going to be German for a while. I figure two weeks should be enough to see if there's any difference.

That's like cordial. They tell you it'll cause cancer one week, the next it can probably cure cancer. Then it's back to cancer-causing. So really nobody knows anything and people should make an informed decision about drinking cordial...or about how they want their babies delivered (to stay on topic).
