My car is totaled. And the auto shop that was working with my insurance either messed up or intentionally fudged shit and went ahead and ordered parts and shit, even though they were only supposed to do an estimate and wait on my insurance company's green-light to repair it. I'm so over 2016.

Thats either incompetent or immoral of the auto shop. Sorry to hear that. Do you have the option of salvaging the title and repairing the car? Or is car a complete lost cause?

@neobo Yeah I'm fine. I hit a deer a couple days before thanksgiving. Insurance has declared it a total loss. We managed to get everything sorted with the auto shop thankfully. It was a huge misunderstanding between them, us and our insurance company. The value of the repairs would cost more than the value of the car. So our insurance is taking it off our hands and we're being paid for it.

I hit a deer on my way home from out of town and I can't stop thinking about the agony it went through. I am almost certain I did not kill it on impact. This feels awful. x.x Fuck the circle of life.
