Yeah, they suck so much. @_@ I wouldn't send in multiple tickets otherwise in months when they respond they'll just say it's a double ticket or some crap and close them all.

Wow that sucks :(, I had like 6 unanswered tickets from last fall- they all said open and they never answered any, and then I got frozen and legitimately didn't cheat, lol. Such, such shitty customer service.

I have tried the BBB, but haven't heard how to contact the FTC. It's been two years of basically them pussyfooting around with tickets not answering any questions I have. I honestly never cheated or bought/sold stuff at the time so that's why I'm baffled. My last ticket is from September and it's been 'Open' since November. I hope it means they're doing something...

Sorry just saw your post, you're still battling for being frozen two years ago? Hasn't it gone anywhere/have you submitted BBB/FTC and all that jazz?

Got frozen for the same thing when I was legit and still am dealing with tickets till this day (it's been almost 2 years). They'll pussyfoot around with the tickets until you give up, but hopefully you have better luck then me.
