Refresh rates don't really matter since people refresh at 51 or 52 and refresh right away if they didn't see anything one or twice more. When I legit in the attic I usually get items in about 1 second, so 1 second is safe to say the least.

There's too many factors to know for sure. Like how you transferred the neopoints, what original IP that account was using, what settings your using on abrosia... so on and so forth. But in my opinion the Igloo and especially the attic are pretty safe places to AB at.

Just for future reference, if you end up not getting iced and want to AB in the future while you are absent, should probably use the scheduler so it will not go for 5 hours straight. Looks less suspicious

I'm too cautious to do that while I'm at work. xD AB'ed for years and have never been froze for it. Always frozen for harassment or "buying neopoints". (The one time I actually buy np from someone here I get frozen for it LOL)
