Why is the word Lolita banned on Neopets? I understand the connotation with the book and all, but I was explaining to someone the Gothic Lolita culture, but the message wouldn't send until I deleted the word Lolita. ><

I'm debating on whether I should download Ambroisa. As much as I would love to be loaded on Neopets, I'm terrified of getting my account frozen again, silly but true.

I don't know about detecting, but from the FAQ the default's have been tested again and again to ensure they're safe.
