Jesus @Shane xD If I was allowed to invite you to my GFX Forum I would. Thanks for the Feedback though I didn't use the liquify tool at all. Just smudge. The flare explosion was gonna be an animaed bullet but it looked bad, the gun is visible and I felt it was visible enough to show where the flare thing would be from. the same blur style I added to the other layers I added to the animation layers too to try keep the focal uniform.

Smudge is pretty similar to Liquify. My mistake.
Maybe I'll join a GFX forum sometime, but I haven't had the urge for many years. I last was on Planet Renders in like 2010 or so.

The entire mechanic for bother tools is different, try make a smudge sig with the liquify tool xD

Doctors put me on antibiotics, the cream they usually give isn't even available to order from the city so I had to hand out nearly $30 for a small 3 gram tube of the Nasal Ointment of the same stuff. Which isn't enough anyway and I doubt it is working. I'm using a soothing, antibacterial Cream and baby powder along with bathing in an antiseptic bath mix when I have a bath
