I can upgrade my phone plan free, Current Phone is GSII Should I go for the HTC One X, Motorola Razr, Galaxy S3, the Galaxy Nexus or the Samsung Note?

Why is Mw3 Laggy when its on the inbetween map screen thing after Iv'e finished a task and it isn't laggy ingame? I have all my settings maxed on an HD4870 512mb card not oc'd and my cpu is an AMD FX 6100 with 8 gb g.skill sniper ram at 1600 mhz... I didn't think my card would run it right...

Would 2x4gb sticks of gskill ram work properly in a system with 2x4gb sticks or corsair ram? each stick at 1600 mhz and the same timings?

Got a 4 gb stick of 1600 mhz ram from G.Skill for free in the mail today, thank god the dude who gave it to me didn't bother sending it back :)
