Ok seems like iv'e been keylogged somehow... I will be back as soon as iv'e fixed the issue which will most likely require a re-install of windows considering Avast, Norton or Anti-MalwareBytes don't even pick it up... So if anyone has any tips before I go ahead and wipe my whole pc?

you may have to download hijackthis, combofix, etc and post logs but this is your best bet.
