Hahaha. But in all seriousness, so many ways to modify the runPE of a file to obfuscate the data, and bypass all Antivirus detections. Getting around real-time systems merely means traversing the APIs to achieve the same end goal if you gathered the data directly so the system doesn't detect suspicious activity. UAC is just as easily defeated too so really, even if you're prudent with updates and virus scans and whatnot, you can still get hit.
