I got banned from Subeta because I made an account like three years prior and didn't remember. (The previous account wasn't banned or anything, I just never used it) I spent some money on their currency on my new account and a few days later banned. Tried to dispute it and they told me they banned both my previous accounts (2 accounts total, banned for multiple accounts even though they were created years apart and the first was never used) and I could re-register in a year. Fuck that.

That rule changed recently I think, where you could appeal for it. I've been playing Subeta for quite a long time, and love the fact that you have a lot more freedom with pets there, but the staff are uh... interesting, to say the least. It's gotten quite bad lately.
