Fuck me I wish our speeding fines were that cheap. Here for doing 10km/h over you are slapped with a $347 fine.

@Strategist the fines if you are actually pulled over by a cop for speeding are more along those lines, it's just the speed camera ones that are this cheap.

Still uber cheap. Ours are the same regardless of whether you are pulled over or snapped by a camera :( I suppose, if you don't speed, there's nothing to worry about eh? xD

Mr. Kord just recorded a sound byte for his IRC channel (they are into "Yo Mamma Is So Fat" jokes tonight), and I asked him whether I could share here...so this is it! http://vocaroo.com/i/s0W3f97FjMEp

It's going on 4:00am and I am *finally* feeling sleepy enough to hopefully get some decent sleep before the 7:15am alarm. :P

I've got something going on Wednesday that's taking quite a bit of time to prepare for...but I'll be back to my usual degree of babble once it's over with. ;)

LOL okay @CaptainDantes! :D In any case, I'll be relieved when it's over, so THAT is good. Also I am definitely checking threads and messages on here, but in between some research. ;)

Oh this thing I'm dealing with is in the afternoon, @DawnKnight, so I'll be back in obnoxious force by evening. :D

WHY must my cat sit right in front of the monitor when I'm trying to play Minecraft? He seems to want to "help" a bit too much. :P

Too true, @DawnKnight! :P @Lovisa, yeah there's hardly free room at all on my desk to begin with, but he knows that when he COMPLETELY immobilizes my ability to use the computer, I snuggle him and get him all settled on my lap to sleep instead. Spoiled, smart little kitty!

That is so cute, @Peacocky! :) Yeah my older kitty who passed on several years ago, I actually adopted him the day I started grad school...he was a huge help. :P Poor guy passed away at 18 years old though on the day before my 40th birthday; that definitely was not a good birthday. :(

Just had a mini-binge and finished off watching the rest of season 2 of "Justified" with the hubby...DAMN GOOD! Seriously, we haven't enjoyed a series so much since "The Sopranos".

I somehow think the prospect of dyeing my hair will be a little more pleasant if I have a glass of wine while doing so. ;) Back shortly!
