I realized my internet was shitty while connected to just my regular 2.4GHz connection; if your router and wireless device has 5GHz capabilities try connecting with that. I pay for 50mb/s and I get anywhere between 45-70 down.

It's locked because she's trying to log on from an 'unknown location' (facebook security precaution) and to verify that it's the 'original owner' of the account (who is in fact, Hydrogen) she needs to answer a 'security question' that was set by Hydrogen ;) So I need him to tell me the answer to said security question so I can pass it on to Napi before she can access the account.
