No, it isn't risky, you're sending a ticket about a missing item. That's not risky at all. As for how to send, hit "contact us" at the bottom of the page. You may need to switch browsers and enable 3rd party cookies to be able to get the page to work though.

If you want to understand how it works, it's pretty simple. You save pre existing move scripts as text files, and then the only input you have to make is to make sure your character is stood in the right place before you run the next script.

This could be due to your profit being set too high, or you've chosen a shop that has only a few high end UBs.
