Tell me about it...
- Don't use soap for the next couple of weeks, it will make the healing period way longer due to its drying effects.
- Make a green tea + mint infusion. Let it cool off (I usually put it in the freezer, it's faster and it will be VERY chill, you'll love it! Be sure it won't turn to ice tho), put the tea in a clean spray bottle (make sure it wasn't used with chemicals - buy one, they're really cheap and can be used in a great variety of occasions :P) and spray the area!
- Aloe gel (natural, without alcohol) is also very handy.
- Drink lots of water.
- Be careful if you decide to use ice packs, they can do more harm than good! Having an ice burn on top of a sun burn isn't pretty... Put a towel around the ice and then let it sit in the burned area.

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! (If you were female, I'd say, "Use whatever you have in your makeup cabinet", but...hee hee.) I'm not a girly-girl, so I don't have anything but the stuff I apply to my face. But even that's effective! I used to let 'em go, but now everytime I have a burn, I moisturize the spot twice a day until the redness is gone. Works wonders. :)
