@athayde I'm not so sure what you've described is a grudge. I am in no way to determine this, but it sounds like you've grown stronger from whatever it may have been. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, eh? It's a powerful thing, to be able to channel such emotion and feeling to keep you on your two feet, and seriously, good on ya. Hate often burns deep within and it cannot ever help you. It will only ever weaken you.

Oh, no, it's a grudge. Believe me. I feel it in my bones, literally. Pure hate and anger towards that specific person and event. And I stand by for everything that I said. I just think I did something productive from it instead of only feeling it and build a whole paraphernalia of ways to revenge me; I'm able to pick pieces of this anger and turning into something good, every day.
