Heh. Researching the history of horror in different media. Came to notice that in theatre, the most clear examples or true horror (as opposed to tragedies with horrific scenes) are almost always musicals, and not traditional theatre. Funny little tidbit.

I'm hosting a party tomorrow. My best friend didn't want to come because he has an audition the next day and he wants to be topfit. I spent all this time talking him over, and now that he's promised he'd come I feel guilty and am probably gonna talk him out of it. Yep, I think we've established I'm the absolute worst friend possible.

It's going to be -15 degrees Celsius (I believe 5 Fahrenheit?) in the Netherlands next week. That might not shock you Canadians and some Americans, but that's legit fucking cold for Dutch standards.

I love small cultural differences language makes apparent. I've seen 'dragon' being used to reference someone with amazing strength and abilities, whereas in Dutch if you're called a dragon it means we think you're an insufferable cunt.

yes, a bit too exciting T_T and I'm nervous for two as well cause I told my best friend to apply as well and I'd love it if we were hired together though I'm not sure how eager he is to work with me yet AGAIN lol (our private and working lives are so much intertwined we see each other about 3 to 5 times a week)
