Oh! Sorry for taking so long to answer. I just can't access it. I found the link that I can see the staff members but it says that i have no permition to view the topic (the same message I get if i try to, for example, see the MP answer topic). But thanks for the help! I'm sorry you guys had to basically handle the answer for me x_x (And I'm a girl :p)

Must be a server glitch then. 403 errors only happen for a few reasons like blocked ip or server malfunctions or a request that isn't allowed with current credentials.

I guess this is the reason why people on IPv6 IPs have been getting the Forbidden error message when running the programs, at least it's not on our end... If you're getting this error message on Neopets then follow the steps in the program threads on the same subject to use IPv4 IPs and it should theoretically resolve it.
