Mine is all pissy the cops came to the house because they were dealing drugs and we were the ones who called and now the landlord has given him an official 30 day notice to vacate the property and we are to record any shenanigans if they destroy the property!

Also, there are a lot of r90+ foods that, while gourmet, are incredibly cheap, due to their sheer abundance.

go to your inventory, open any item, and there's a parameter called obj_id in the url, play around with it and observe results

That's not bad at all!! You can always reconsolidate the mortgage down the line or pay off more than 800/month...just make sure they're not getting you by using most of your payments towards interest, not principal.
