    Might be an error if you're trying to sign in through a proxy.
    Which specific programs are you have issues with?

    Well. Punchbag Sid only comes around once or twice a year, typically in October so there's no point in running it now (;
    I can't be much help with the AutoAdopter though unfortunately because I have a Mac and thus can't run the AA (it's Windows only).

    I know the reason, you're trying to use hacks when our programs clearly do no such action.

    Yes, dear god, please, they are not hacks. :p

    But anyways, try un-installing and re-installing?

    Make sure you're signing in with your Neocodex username and password. NOT your neopets one.

    And then check the Connection Settings on EVERY browser you have installed to make sure they aren't configured to use a proxy. If that doesn't work, you'll need to uninstall, delete the remaining files in the program folder manually, and then reinstall.
