Talking to pyro and seeing suggestion of a vent server, I've installed a teamspeak3 server onto my VPS for a more permanent thing.

Pros -
it's permanent and when I'm finished it will be secure so only people who have registered their nicks can actually talk (guests can still listen)
Teamspeak 3 > Ventrillo > Teamspeak 2

Cons
At this stage i can only support a maximum of 32 people on the server. I should be able to handle more so this will change
This service is VOICE based. There can be no video.

At this stage it's only installed and has been tested to ensure Pyro can connect. As I won't be using the service too much (I may idle it at times) he will be admin... Which means you CAN be banned if you are too disruptive.
I still need to configure the server to make it secure but will only go through the effort if people are going to actually USE it.

Of people are interested I'll post when it's done with a quicknguide on how to download and connect / register your nick.
