The media is grooming her incredibly well, she's just that white American middle-aged woman that everyone can relate to. But I like that her and I agree on the best way to kill a halibut.
what show is that?
O.O
i watched it last night and she was clubbing and giant flat fish to death

I'm surprised she hasn't been spotted in porno somewhere.
I seriously doubt she's going to get nominated for pres. After her VP thing she's had a lot of stupid stuff.

Its sad that people can relate to her. Meaning, they would have to be just as stupid. :|

ROFL! Yeah I really don't think people relate to her. Even though I admit the public is pretty stupid, myself included. But still I wouldn't vote for her. Maybe they are just trying to challenge the notion that "america isn't ready for a female leader" in which case does anyone know what gender ratio is on voting for palin... I would be surprised to see men over 5-10%.Its sad that people can relate to her. Meaning, they would have to be just as stupid. :|

I concur she is an absolute airhead, but when it comes to other principles, she at least says she believes in what I do. Hopefully we get to pick from some better candidates for the White House run in 2012 though..
McCain/Ron Paul 2012
Would have liked to have seen them 2008 as time isn't on their side

McCain/Ron Paul? Have you lost your mind? You have a centrist and a libertarian on the same ticket? Why don't we just run Kim Jong Il with Ralph Nader...
Absolutely silly.
Though I do still support Ron Paul and all... adding McCain makes that ticket completely unreasonable.
They're my 2 favorite right wing American politicians
Both republicans, both for fiscal responsibility, both dislike the federal reserve, both for minimal government. Ron Paul definitely more so but there is a decent chunk of mutual policies that makes them running together viable.
Err, just contradicted myself. meh

Damn you and your complex political leanings.
I will give you an insight.
I want america to ignore the world and focus on themselves.
I'm sick of us giving countries who hate us billions of dollars in economic aide. We need to stop spending money on other countries, stop busying ourselves with politics, and everything. We need to focus on our own internal affairs before we go about trying to save the rest of the world.

It's a bit late to do that now though, the only thing which would result from that is for these variant militants to regroup and come back stronger than ever (they're a lot more determined and organised than they were in 2001). Like it or not we're all going to be involved in these things for probably the next 50 years or more...such introspective thinking isn't going to improve that situation. In an ideal world it would be a good idea, in the real world it's not, unfortunately.

We can keep the military actions since obviously we are in to far to just pull out (Sadly). But I at least want us at the very least stop giving 16.3 billion dollars a year to a country that burns our flag. We spent way to much on economic aide to other countries, while getting hate and only hate in return. Seems far to foolish to me.

I'd agree that funding hasn't been spent well but I'd disagree that it should be cut completely. I personally think that such aid needs to be properly targeted towards improving the lives of the local people living in those countries through NGOs and charities rather than just giving it to the governments of those countries (elements of which are often corrupt). If you can really improve their lives they won't have to resort to turning to extremist groups for help like in Pakistan after the floods where their government struggled to help people but Al-Qaeda related groups could.

Giving money to other countries is a hard task. How do we know the charity isn't corrupt? How do we know that the people will even accept our help? If we come in and give them in door plumbing. Brick Houses. and a hospital. Are they going to be glad, or think they we didn't it because we pity them, and hate us anyways?
Besides. there are hundreds of charities from america, that help them (Red Cross. Salvation Army. Feed the World, Doctors without borders, etc). Yet they hate us anyways. :|

I like Mccain and Ron Paul too but I think one of the factors that made people not vote for Mccain is his age he's old as dirt and looked like he was about to die at anytime during his last campaign. Still if i were eligible to vote then I would've voted for Mccain and I probably will vote for him if he were to run in the next election.
