Just wondering if NP ever freezes Premium users or anyone who regularly uses NC. I'm wondering if they worry about pissing off anyone who spends REAL money...

Yes they do, on both accounts. They froze me and I spent way to much RL money.

YES THEY DO, AND BY THE WAY MAKING YOUR TOPIC FULL OF CAPS JUST MAKES US ANNOYED. THEY LOVE FREEZING PEOPLE WHO BUY NC, WHEN THEY GET FROZEN THEY HAVE TO BUY MORE TO REPLACE IT

no they usually return the accont if you request them that you have lots of nc cash on it
but they take all your items and everything
    only account is returned

and also stop using caps lock

    Bullshit.
I don't care if you want to bumble along being a moron by yourself, but don't be spreading your idiocy as if it is informed fact.

Second this - they don't give the account back, once it's gone it's gone. End off.

    i lol'd while reading this.

but yeah, TNT doesn't care if you're premium or not.
For the most part, cheating is still cheating.
The only advantage of premium is that you can also submit a frozen form to premium also, but again, if you were autobuying or something of the such, you're still not going to get your account back.

I spent probably $200-$300 and had premium for a long time on my old main, still got frozen without getting it back :p

Because they are impossible to get in contact with, probably.
Other than sending them an email or regular mail, which they rarely respond to, there is no other way of contacting them.
The Neopets hotline or whatever doesn't deal with anything other than buying/canceling premium so it's pretty pointless.

Sorry 'bout the CAPS. Didn't mean to shout. Also, sorry about double posting this topic. My browser timed out when I submitted it and when I refreshed it submitted twice.

BTW - thank you for all the responses. It's good to know. Makes me less likely to go premium when I'm ABing anyway...

I honestly don't see the perks from premium. The SSW is replaced by out item database. The "no ads" is replaced by AdBlock (for Chrome). And the Portal is just fucking retarded. Don't waste $70 a month when you get better service for free. :)

Igot mine back after spending like $300 - $400 on NC.

They wiped all np, and items, inc gallery.

So i got my account, pets and nc items back. Dumbfuks forgot to check my stock market shares tho ;)

Basically, I cheated, they knew i did, but i asked them to prove it and they couldn't. A few strongly worded emails articulated correctly and depending on the reason for the freeze you have a good chance of getting it back.

Once frozen the only chances of recovering your account is either if it was a legit account (and pressing on TNT a lot)
or using strong arguments (and trying a lot) as Georgina said.

Also if TNT ever checks your account (even for "protection" like if you report an scam or get CG'ed), you are already frozen, with no returning.

Georgina just out of interest what was the cheating reason they gave? You've made me wonder if I gave up on my main that got frozen a little too easily.
