1000 dollars in neopets doesnt mean anything. Id suggest doing sometihng more product like buying stuff online and selling it locally through craigslist/kijji/ebay

Neopets is not a money sinker (for most people).
It's free, if you want to spend your money on a game do it with something that cannot be freezeable/bannable (like Trading Card Games or other stuff, not online games)
I've never seen worth buying neocash/neopoints or any other online game currency with real money unless it's a subscription for a site membership.
Like neocodex?

Using the AB & SS is much more reliable than buying NP. Transferring NP in large quantity w/o being caught is also a pain in the butt.

But if youre a nub at using both and/or have a shit connection, you should just buy np (or quit np altogether). Just sayin'.
