How the hell do people get so many dubloons? I know they dont sit there waiting for some dubloons cheaper than theirs to come up and resell em for 20np profit....so where does the whole volume of dubloons come from?

I think people get dubloons through ABing. I honestly see no point in them.

The 100 dubloon coin is your best bet since you're only paying 1150 np per dubloon.

Can't you only train at the dubloon place if you have exact change? Other than that there would be no reason to break them, unless you wanted a bunch of 1 dubloon coins to make a profit, but then 1 dubloon coins would deflate.

Deflating one dubloon coins for adding some hundreds to the market?
There might be millions on neopets, and hundreds are gotten from dailies.
How could adding a few more actually deflate them?

And It's not worth breaking them. Those petpets are really HTS, and almost never profittable.
The main purpose of dubloons is coving and training (for stingy but patient people with weak pets)

What I meant was that if dubloons were able to be broken for smaller dubloons, one dubloons would deflate because everyone would just buy two dubloons for the same price and then have two, one dubloon coins.

Coins are super ets. Just like stamps.
Obviously the more expensive, the fewer people can afford them, but they're still one of the easiest commodities to trade in.

You can get expensive gourmets that way, but no, not many people actually use it.
