What are your total buy times according to abrosia log? Even with a ping of 200ms, your settings are still quite low.

About 3000ms~4000ms or so =o

I have the same problem as you. Even with very low settings I have piss poor buy times. I'm guessing you live far from the US?

That's strange. I'm not advanced but usually I have buy times from 2.1 seconds to 3 seconds or so.
And my internet is very slow (2MB/s)

I believe internet speed isn't the key factor, as the pages need only very little to load. The main issue is your ping, how fast is your data able to reach np's servers.

I like the Spooky Food shop to restock in (both legitly & using Abrosia)
    It's quite crowded, though.

Hmm, thats true. I live near enough to a library so when I feel like it I go over and mooch their internet. On early mornings hardly anyone uses it and i get aaaaaaaaall the bandwidth to myself >:3

Do the rarer items come in often? Like the ones that sell for 5k profit and above?

I tend to see them quite a lot when I visit, unless I'm super lucky with my timing.

    Dangerous settings = ice.
I was doing good in Magic with one of my shells until I got greedy and used ridiculous settings. I got iced, of course. I realised never to do that again. And running Abrosia 24/7 isn't good, either.

But I would be a bit more weary with Magic, Stamps and any Battledome shop.

Every shop is a dangerous shop to AB in if you have ridiculous settings, or if you keep it on for an unrealistic amount of time. You also need be really carefull with transferring. I've been ABing for a month now and I have yet to be iced.

Sensible refresh rates like 2-4 secs, and ms delays of 0.1-0.5?

Thats for me at least, any lower and i seem to draw suspicion. My shell got banned with lower* settings rfing at NP foods, and i didnt even get anything rare. -w-.

You were iced being in Neopian Foods? O_o

I've been in foods, chocolates, and bakery for nearly 3 months now with buy times of less than 1 second and I'm still safe. I've honestly never heard of anyone being iced in low-profits like these.

HOLY COW 2-4 S REFRESH RATES? How long do you let it run for baro? I read the super system saying 4.5 was good. But 2-4 seems a bit extreme

    Hey!

I am pretty new to this.
I have downloaded the ABer yesterday and buyed already 2 items.
Now I am wondering if there are more dangerous shops to autobuy (fast chain icing) and some not?

I guess the shops where you get just 5 - 15k profit are better than those with more profit?
    But which ones are those?

    Cheers.

Magic is huge profit fast ban!

    Ey, yep. D:
But that was cause i went crazy with 1~3sec rf rates. Got like 2 UBs and a shitload of 3k+ profit items. Guess TNT didn't like me hoarding all dem foods.

Haha 2hours and then i stop for about 10mins - half an hour, depending on how impatient i am. I also switch from Food to Pharm in occasion just to let TNT know im not some silly schedule bot.

Well idk, my total rf time might be 3.5-6 secs cause of my ping. I'm not entirely sure. But I haven't gotten refresh banned with those settings, so yea.

I think chances of being iced with the non advanced setting is almost non-existent. Unless you run the program 24/7 which is suicidal.

you can run the program 24/7. Just peruse the schedule.

Sorry to go slightly off topic but is the scheduler changed from the one in the guide or is mine just on a different mode? I can't set hour blocks and have to manually enter a time range that can't be randomized.

I remember ABing in Stamps a couple years back and being really retarded with how I went about it.

I'd leave my AB on overnight almost and left my refresh time at 5-8 seconds. Not every day, but more than enough that it should've been detected by TNT.

In total, I had ABed for about a year (half of which was spent in Stamps). In the end, I wasn't iced because of ABing but because I got hacked. One day I just couldn't log in and a few days later I found out my account's been frozen.

    Wat. .-.
