It's Amber from Teen Mom. She got arrested because the show caught her beating the shit out of her boyfriend. So they put her in jail, and at court she had the nerve to plead not guilty when abuse was CAUGHT ON TAPE, TWICE. You might not recognize her because she usually looks like this:
