I remember having no clue about restocking, and saving up for almost three months before I hit 100K. I was so proud of myself. I used the NP to buy a Kacheek Trans. Potion. They're 800K now, and I payed 80K for mine...
I miss the old Neo.

Damn. I remember hearing stories about v_team back in the day about how it was three guys and that's what got 'em frozen in the end. Those are some old school accounts. And then there was alombar42 who had like, the top five largest shops or something on five accounts.

In that case I remember when the neo economy wasn't so f***ed up with sky high prices.
i remember when 10 mil was quite a sum of money. Now with all that inflation crap.....10mil is next to nothing.
I remember when you can actually restock legit, before they made the crappy random restock thing.
I remember actually having a target as to how much money to save up and for what. Now with the F***ed up market....nothing really has value no more.
Most of all i remember when neo was actually fun. Now i turn on my autobuyer, and even allow it to price itself.......nothing i have to do...

This seems more like bitterness than reminiscing to me. ;p

This trip down memory lane has really gotten me looking for a comprehensive history of events and whatnot and of users, but I'm not having much luck.

TNT have been creating a lot of neopoint sinks though like Kelp, Lever of Doom, Save the Wheels, Wishing Well avatar. You would think that would deflate things.

So i guess we're to blame for why the economy is in shambles lol....
I blame it on the investors.....They inflate ANYTHING that gives out avatars...
Working towards a draik avie used to be fun.....somehow get 2mil+ and then spend it then go on the avie boards and brag and have a bunch of people ask you to borrow....now for a price of 10mil....you really gotta ask yourself is it worth it??

I took a look at the neopets museum thing, and at the old maps.....lol pure nostalgia....i liked it better when the drawings were crappy and the the map look boring....now its so flashy and decorated...
