Which college do YOU go to?

Did a semester abroad at Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris.
Absolutely love it. Very sad it's all coming to an end soon.

It's nice that we get til the very end of January to go back to school (6 weeks of break, whaddup!) but the work load there is intense.
Especially since a large part of the school is pre-med, or BME, or chemical engineering or some combination of the previous - most of the biology/chemistry classes are super competitive

Yeah I know a lot of them. Almost fought some weird mix of mexican kid on the team. Most of them are fairly retarded and I'm terribly disappointed that they refused some other kid for them (but that is kinda the problem with most of the sports players there). But they aren't all badDo you pay attention to their lacrosse team they have there? Got a person I know there who plays for them (:

Arizona State University. Will be transferring soon hopefully.
I was going to transfer there last summer but decided not to, but it's still in the back of my mind. Do you not like the school? What's wrong with it?

Part of me wants to get the hell out of SoCal. Another part of me never wants to leave. I'm pretty sure i'm going to end up staying here though. The political climate in AZ and the actual climate temperature-wise was what put me off the most.

Well it's a convenient location for you, if I'm not mistaken. But I could go on and on about some of the bullshit you'll have to put up with.
What are you going into anyways?

But seriously, I'm procrastinating when it comes to Post-secondary, enough that I'll likely make it there in 20 or so years.

My synopsis would sound a lot like Bryan's, except we don't party like his school does. Mason is largely a commuter school, although the school keeps building dorms in the hope that they can offer housing to 100% of freshman (still not a reality I hear). In spite of the home-grown aspect, we're one of the most diverse campuses in the country, which makes for a very cliquish, sectarian social atmosphere. I mean, the JC (think student union sorta) has at one end, a meditation space pointed east where the moslem element hold daily prayers, and at the other end, the offices of the Women's Studies Department, which is fully and rightfully named something like Women's and Gender Studies: LBGTQ and You! For as open as we are officially, we're a very segregated campus in reality.
Something about the location makes it impossible for me to focus. Fairfax is the third most affluent county in the nation, just after neighboring counties.
Ugh. Perhaps I'm just pissy because my profs didn't reward my hard work with the grades I expected this semester. That, and I basically had no social life while I was doing their work.
