You might get lucky, that's quite a safe buy speed. You might want to edit some of the details in your title though, that would be very easy to track.

Holy shit! That's a slow buy time for a restock in magic. Most of my buy times in books and food are like 1500-2000ms.

Was it on a shell or your main?

That's most likely your problem. Assuming you have a decent ping to neopoets, the OCR and pre-haggle should be enough to get a morphing potion (I'm using those default settings and I get 1500-2000ms buy times) but with a refresh rate of 8, it's unlikely you'd catch a morphing potion. It's possible, but you're probably better off ABing in a different shop with default settings.

Wow, congrats on the buy. Haven't had the courage to try magic since I'm ABing on my main. I hope you get to keep it!

Have you been playing games and doing other normal-ish things on your account? Might help if your account looked legit in the first place.

If you're selling with other, you could just sell it with the account and then buy a new shell. Alternatively, you could just stick it in the auctions, get pure for it, then sell the pure for other, or just stick it in the auctions, get pure for yourself and hope you're not frozen.

Apparently my settings are horribad.

I doubt he'll get banned from RS-ing one potion with a buy time of close to 5 seconds. A 5 year old could probably restock at that rate.

I miss a whole lot of shit I get like... every 1/10? I prefer being safe than getting items then frozen the next day anyway

Possibly the time of day? Although I've tried ABing in books between 3-4 am NST for about a week or two and in all that time I only got like 3 buys, so there are probably less restocks during odd hours, but if it does restock, good chance of getting something good.

How many MPs do you get per day? I don't restock in magic, so I don't know whether 1/10 means like 1 per day or more.

All luck if you think about it. Refreshing every 5 seconds, you could miss an entire MP completely.

I've done it with 3000ms or more, just never during peak hours though
