ABing is autobyuing, or the automated purchase of items from Neopets shops using a program. It goes hand in hand with general knowledge of restocking, which is buy low, sell high. You should have a basic understanding of restocking before you jump head first into autobuying. Or just wing it.
A little search goes a long way, btw. Here's a guide that should tell you everything.

An AB could also be used to talk about an Auto-Buy. As in that is the automatic price someone would accept for a trade.

"Safe" autobuying is only possible if you have a background about neopets itself.
Hopefully you played neopets for some time before joining this site.
(But if you cheat there is always a chance of getting caught).
Researching a little about neopets, restocking and reading the guides here will help you get into this.
