If it's the Caption Contest picture, as Dreww's post suggests, it probably doesn't mean anything except that someone felt like being "random". Or that moustache is going to be a paint brush colour. Whichever interpretation you prefer.

That's because they're not awesome enough. Also, I was being facetious. The new plot probably won't be starting for months and months, so I doubt they'll be dropping hints yet.
