It's very rare. It was released when the TCGs were active years ago. They're not active anymore and that avatar has been retired for years.
It's convenient that yours is not the entire sum of human experience, then.

I just wanted him to know where it came from! I also went through a phase for about a week where I told everyone to "pipe the fuck down!".
It really pissed people off so I had to stop
