I've been making massive transactions on one of my accounts; probably about 15 Mil NP in a span of a couple days. Just bought one of my goal pets and someone is holding it for me. I also just bought a shell and logged onto it yesterday. I wanna find a way that I can just play as a decent main account without getting frozen because of the transactions from my other account. I am sure they are suspicious with my IP now.

Don't get caught cheating at flash games, don't AB too quickly, and don't have huge TP transactions on the same IP between unlinked accounts.

Yeah I wanna be able to make a main account and recieve my pet but if they catch my transaction account then they would probably ban my accounts w/ the same IP.

Best advice is don't cheat on flash games and don't interact with iffy accounts.

It's fine, unless you mean you're using it for AB. You won't get frozen for logging to multiple accounts on one IP; TNT doesn't monitor THAT well

Just don't use it for cheating purposes. Which I guess... doesn't leave much But you don'tn eed to ice it or anything. Feel free to sell it.

It really depends on your style. I never use proxies because I know what I"m doing and don't need to (and am lucky enough to have dynamic IP )

Some people might if they attempt to use 50 side accounts

If you only have 1, you never need ap roxy and I would suggest not using htem (since sometimes people share proxies + 1 person out of htem cheating = chain ice on people who used that proxy)

a lot of people, yeah, but not all. Really depends where they're from/which ISP they have. We have people from many countries/continents after all

Just wondering because I'm in the business of selling "services" to people... I did before while I was in HK and the others were in the US... and no one seemed to get frozen, but I was wondering if their regulation of this got better over the years.

break that "big" transaction into smaller parts just send like a couple of 100k's a day to your main.
OR
you could buy a ETS which is worth a couple of mil and then send to your main and Sell it who knows you may make a little profit aswell

Keep a low profile, don't transfer a lot of neopoints between accounts and don't do anything a normal user wouldn't do.
