is there a particular way to put items up for trade so that theres a better chance for it being successful? For ex: if you have a few UBs, do you post them separately or all together? I know the trading post can be a waiting game but i was just thinking about ways that will lead to successful trades or maybe just more bids..

im kinda new to the trading post and i find myself having to use it more now that im getting UBs

Generally it's better to do them one a time if you can ; generally people just want the one item and bid one it; not wait to neomail you, offer an offer, wait for you to remove the item and then put it into a new trade

This is also true for when people simply go "20 newest lots" or w/e. Then you'll have more chance of some of your items being seen

That being said, putting all your items into large lots will give your other items more exposure when one item is searched up. I.e. if you have items A B C D E F G and someone wants D, then the other items will be seen by that user as well. But generally, I find that putting them all on different lots with different prices is better

Hope I was some help :3

Easiest thing to do is - keep reposting the trades every few days. People are more likely to bid (and leave the bid there for longer) if they think the player is active.

You could also just sell it in auctions for less than its worth most likely it will get sold depending in how much you lower the price
Works for me every time, bad thing is just lose a bit np

    Here's what I do:

    1. Start posting individual UB's on the TP.
    2. Once you exceed 10, start bundling, but only do it with your oldest items, as those are likely to be hardest to sell.
    3. Every time a "space" opens up, pull an item from the bundle and give it its own lot.

This will ensure that your TP lots are adequately rotated and get maximum visibility.

What I do is put them seperately because i put myself in the other persons shoes; nobody likes to neomail for you to separate.
Usually when I get too many UB's i transfer them throughout my accounts and sell them because I hate bundling.
If you're having a hard time selling a particular UB, throwing in a free codestone sometimes lures people in (:

i put up UB into a trade and wait for ppl neomail me

oh ok thanks, i'll def try this out. the only other problem i have now is having to undercut other trades to values way below an item's worth

Which is why I just always say that I'm beating the TP. Your prices are always up to date, and you don't have to worry about the undercut wars going on on the TP.
