Great program.
I have a question about the kad feeder. Is the freeze rate high or low?

Non existent

Great program, probably. Only, I can't login. It says that my pw is invalid even though I am sure that it is the right one.

You can't use special characters in your password.

please allow the old version of abrosia to login :[. this new program manager makes my taskbar filled to the max, and whenever i minimize any of the programs they seem to become more prone to errors.

well i run multiple instances of abrosia at the same time, and like i said, when i minimize abrosia it usually causes an error soon after, or wont load when i click the tray icon. so i have to keep abrosia open, along with the program manager window so..

Wait... are you using one program manager for multiple accounts? That might be your problem...

no, i open a new program manager for each NP account. thats why i have to have so many windows open.
i've never had one error with old Abrosia, but this new program manager causes an error for every app.

usually that i was logged out so the program stopped. this is bullcrap, i've never had that error with the old version of Abrosia. i'm still running 3 instances of the old versions that havent crashed for days, but this new version cant go an entire night (let alone an entire 2 hours) without crashing, so i can't let it just do it's thing while i sleep. i have to babysit it. please please PLEASE allow us to login with the old version :\

Are you logging into separate accounts, or just one account?

Wouldn't running 3 version of the old Abrosia at the same time as running the Program Manager cause cookie conflicts and log out?

maybe that's the problem with the new Abrosia... but I've never had one error while running 4 instances of the old Abrosia at the same time. i use the same Neocodex account for each Abrosia, and 4 seperate neopets accounts (with 4 different proxies). the old abrosia runs flawlessly with no errors or logging out, but the new Abrosia has errors galore. i'd be a happy man if you'd just let the neocodex account login no matter what version of Abrosia is being used... what harm would that cause?

I just read this thread: http://www.neocodex....r&showissue=732
so tonight i'm going to stop the 3 old Abrosias *gulp* and attempt this trick with 4 program managers running and post tomorrow letting you know how it works out...

thanks for the help guys!

PS: I still think you should allow old Abrosia to login :p (or atleast allow us to minimize the program manager to a tray icon!)

It wouldn't really be practical for us to continue to maintain two different versions of the the same program.

:[ but they use the same item database, so what would there be to maintain?

If we wanted to add anything new we'd have to do it on both versions and all the debugging would be version specific so it's at least twice the work.

alrighty, you're right. i'm hoping your right that it was just a malfunction with running the old abrosia at the same time as the program manager. i've now installed 4 program managers to 4 seperate folders. wish me luck

So. Let me get this straight. You ran Program Manager 4 times in a row, and then ran Abrosia from each of them on separate accounts. Or you ran one Program Manager and 4 Abrosia's on separate accounts?

And honestly. I don't care how many times you ask, or how many times you think. The old Abrosia will not be coming back, just because you want to run more then one of them. We honestly shouldn't even allow that. What we should do is charge you 5 dollars for every one that you want to run at the same time. We are giving you an amazing program, and you come to us and complain because you want to abuse it? I don't think so.

The Program Manager makes our lives, and your lives 120 times easier. The New Abrosia has been updated over 50 times with bug fixes and additions, and 99% of the time no one even noticed. Instead, I would have to make the changes, and then compile it, change the version number on the site, and upload it to the site. This way, I click SVN UPDATE and then Compile and everything is done, and I can make tiny changes without worry about forcing 500 people to download and install a new program.

i only complained because of the errors which i found the solution to ^. and i said "you're right" when Waser pointed out the problem with continuing the old version. sorry.
charging money for this free program would be pretty lame. the only reason i found the solution to running more than one instance of Program Manager/Abrosia is because of a post that YOU made.

thank you for the program. i won't post any more bugs to help improve the program, jeeze.

and to answer your first question, I am running 4 program managers with one abrosia from each.
