The best way to figure out whether their is a certain 'mod' (what
BEEEEWRRYY referred to as denominations) is to just play the game yourself for a few seconds and see whether everything is worth a certain chunk of points. (For example 'Meerca Chase')
Another thing to do, is take a look at the high score tables.
If you look at that the last digits of these scores, and you see they're pretty random and without any pattern, you can be pretty sure the game has no special scoring requirements. (For example, many of these scores end in '224', '225', '223', etc.)
To figure out your times, go to YouTube and find someone playing the game. Skip to the end of the video and check the score they finished with, as well as how long the video itself was. That's a good way to gauge it. (Be careful of games with levels to them though, those are usually split into multiple videos)
