[Nearx]

I'm doing an illustrator project where we have to pick a product (something that can be sold to someone likes shoes, soda, statues, etc). I wanted to do something I'm interested in and something somewhat simple but that would be good enough for a school project.

Even when I search things I'm interested in, I have a hard time choosing a product.
All I need is project suggestions and ideas OR product suggestions. I'll list some of my interests and if anyone knows of some awesome product within these categories and can find a pic or link to it, please post it

Wolves
Anime
Animals
Swords/Weapons (Collectables. Not ones you actually use)

I have a brain fart right now x.x
If I think of more that I feel like doing I'll add them to the list.

like what kind of resources do you have?
will you be including elctronical components in it?

Simple, but what about a Trading Card for a wolve or an animal or something? You could do that for any of those. Or to make it more advanced, do it holographic or shiny backs etc?
Maybe a plushie, or a little skin toy of an animal? Not a backpack but not a picture of it...something with fur etc on?

Just a few suggestions...I might have some more if a lightbulb moment happens so PM me if you still need it xD

Its for "Fundamentals of Illustration"
All we do is pretty much make our own copy of any product we want. We have to do it completely in Illustrator though. Its a simple concept. Don't really have any resources or anything like that, I just need a product xP

Hmm you know you said Fundamentals? So simple, basic etc?
Maybe. Hm. A set of collectable cards. Like Yugioh and that kind of thing. You could combine all of those with it...
Or an anime character plushie?

The cards are sounding like a nice idea too. I can imagine those would work out nicely as well
I looked up some plushies and they may be a little too furry to try to draw in illustrator lol. It would probably come out looking real scraggly so I may not be able to do the plushie

Less its like an anime character plushie... Those would be MUCH easier than an animal plushie

my last one was some hot and cold water indicator with some auto heat up/cooldown

And yeah I think an anime plushie would be better then a furry teddy or something. A lot easier to draw, and make!
The cards would be okay to do though. It would look pretty good at the end and professional, if it's done with the shiny back etc...

Hmmm, for now, I'm between the cards and anime plushie xD
Both are pretty simple and I think I'd be able to get em done within 2 hours (amount of time I have to work on this x.x) =3

Are you in Graphic Design? And if you've got 2 hours...the cards would be the easiest to do...because with the plushie you would have to design a lot of things. The cards would be simpler.

The kinds of plushies I'm thinking of would actually be easy and quick too. Either one is quick.
I'm in Visual Communications but yes, in general Graphic Design is one of the sub categories in VC

Ah yeah I get you! I'm taking Graphics next year, and doing things like pop-up books etc.

And yeah I think I can see what kind of plushies you're on about. So either would be fine
Just depends on which you prefer in the end!

I think that would look really effective! Or maybe a female version of that? If you wanted to adapt it and just change the face and hair etc.

Imma choose either the FMA ones or Death Note ones, do as many of those plushies that I can and turn it in that way

the swords or weapons you collect you could get the real names (if you havnt already) for each one then make your sword fully and in the handle put the name of each sword
and in your written part if you need one (deisng)
could have the length/width or something
