Just wondering, how often should I take a break from ABing? I mean, is there a certain number of hours that you get RS banned after? From what I recall, I usually do it for about 4-5 hours before taking a 1 hour break and then doing it for 4-5 hours again, etc. Any tips?

Rs bans are random. But, I suggest ABing like a real person would RS. Would you sit there for 4-5 hours, take an hour break, & then RS for 4-5 more hours?

Breaks from ABing are for looking less boot-like.
No human would restock 6 hours without any break.

You don't want TNT thinking you're a boot. Posted Image

Good God that made me laugh!

I normally RS for about an hour or two, give it a break while I fanny about doing nonsense and then let it run for another hour. I have the most success with ABing at about 3-6am Neopian time.

I have my bot scheduled for about 6 hours during the day. 2 and a half in the morning, 1 and a half during the middle of the day, and 2 at night. I also have the times to start at random times, not multiples of 5's ie: 9:42 instead of 9 :45 or 10:03 instead of 10. I don't know if it really matters, but to me it seems less bot like.

Haven't been banned or restocked banned for a while now on 6 accounts. I suggest if you have the schedule option, do 3h internvals in the morning. Of course insert 10-25 minute breaks, than another 3h interval late at night. Restock bans only occur if you have startling times either to fast or to slow. Try 4.5-10.5 sequence, i've notice when i do test out unimaginable times pre-hagle and refresh. The ban hammer smashes my dummy accounts at peak hours from 4-8, guess thats when the LawBot is working pretty hard :p

Agreed^^ a couple hours at a time, with breaks in between makes it look realistic.

I would suggest that you AB for maximum 8h a day but on average 5 or 6 hours.
