There are actually tons of sites out there like neopets, all have been around for a long time, and none are anywhere near as good or have anywhere near the same recognition

So in summation, you're about ten years late, and stop advertising. This isn't your personal billboard.

I wish I could find that 'Neopets, I beat the final boss' image i used to has on my computer ><
In summary; rant is full of disinformation, states that Neo launched in 96/97 when in fact it launched in '99... after that I thought nothing else would be right so left.

I'm terrible with this kind of stuff, but last time I checked, Viacom is a business, as long as they can keep a acceptable chunk of people satisfied enough to keep playing and thus making a profit off the game after paying their costs, I doubt they'll really care about how mad some other group of players are, yes companies should try their best to keep the community happy, but keeping 100% of them happy 100% is impossible, and there is always going to be someone who has a negative opinion about some new release or how the company acts to certain changes or events.Neopets, why forget?
Community is everything - and when Neopets turned their back on its community, guess what? Us loyal supporters of Neopets, can to...
Neopets used to average 5 million visits/day - but guess what?

I see it like this- If you don't like the service and product you get at McDonalds, STOP GOING THERE. And just because YOU don't like it doesn't mean the rest of us shouldn't be able to enjoy a Big Mac.

Why yes, yes I am. I haven't even bothered to follow his links because they're labeled 'beat neopets' and I'm against animal cruelty. What kind of idiot tries to boost site traffic with a highly irrational and self-serving bunch of I-want-this-so-you-should-want-this bullshit. Are you suggesting that he's posting these threads not because people might be interested in them but to increase the number of backlinks to his own site?
