Pure just means the offer is entirely in NP with no items included.
So 1mil pure means 1mil NP rather than say 500k NP + 500k worth of items.

Pure NP? What is that? What qualifies for "pure?" Are there "dirty" NP?
The only dirty NP are the ones in my pocket.
