You'll have more luck posting on the neoboards or neomailing someone.

It's pretty simple - you heal some pets with soup and get a background. Kind of like the April Fools' thing last year. Your pets will be reinfected every 30 minutes until the mini-event is over.

For one of these April Fool's Days, TNT should have neopets that are "dying" of hunger actually die. Maybe put a gravestone where their picture is or just have them disappear.

They could have made the disease and it's spreding more interesting somehow.

does that make your pet immune to the disease?
I've found that some of my friends pets aren't infected usually 1/4 from the same user, I'm not sure if it's related to customisation or if someone just happened to heal that one pet only.

no my pets aren't immune to the disease..
as far as I know only those pets that cannot wear clothes are immune to the disease - fruit chias, mutant pets and maraquan pets. no sure if babies are immune.
