I can't run look up in google iliotibial tract and basically imagine that on my right leg totally non existent...

We have a pool here but it is never open because they never got enough people going to it, they open about 2 times a month now... Only problem i have with it is that i cant swim -.-

I've lost about 20 lbs in 2 months just by cutting what I used to eat in half, and just going out and doing stuff outside. Doesn't matter what, cleaning the yard, quick walk through the woods, doesn't matter. It's all good.
