Gathering up the slugs in the particular order took much longer than I had the patience for, haha.

Also, on guide on The Daily Neopets suggests that once you find your first slorg, the rest are in either clockwise or counterclockwise order - it wasn't the case for me.

Mine started in a corner and did a small clockwise circle, then cut across to the opposite corner and did another clockwise circle.
The last one, unfortunately, was some far-off non-descript red thing that looked like a lobster, so it took me awhile to finally click it while clicking on random things in desperation.

Collecting the slorgs wasn't too bad. I put a screenshot of where all the slorgs were into paint and numbered
them once I found out which was the correct one that I had to chose next. Took about 5 miuntes due to it lagging
a bit for me.

For me it wasn't in a clockwise or counter-clockwise order. Looked more so like an upside-down y.

The slorgs were in a zig-zag pattern for me T>T Boy did that take a while to finally finish. But thanx for the hyper-links, saved me time hitting up the neoboards. !!!

I love being able to come to this thread and just follow the links to the right areas and not have to try and figure shit out on my own (+repped both of you btw). My mind isnt in the right state to try and figure the riddles out properly at this time of evening

My slorgs were in weird patterns - there was a top spiral and a bottom spiral in different directions. TNT is getting tricky with the patterns...

What are the quests like for the actual festival? I missed it last year

Last year's quests were pretty similar in terms of going around the world to
look for the next clue for the hunt. The only real difference are the actual challenges.
But I think last year's negg festival is more difficult (comparing to the quests thus far
from 1-3) because last year, they integrated luck as a major factor to completing the
quests. I logged on one day and finished all three of the current quests in 15 minutes.
I barely finished all of last year's in time because I got so frustrated with the luck factor.

it's not difficult. if you do it right, it can't take more than 8 tries to figure out the first one, more than 7 to figure out the second, etc.
max number of tries is 8+7+6+5+4+3+2=35

and, realistically, you're looking at around 18 tries
just be methodical instead of random
