This sounds wayyyyyyy too convenient to be true. I wouldn't trust this Tsvete

I don't trust and I'll buy from you only in the future :D

I, too, am the owner of that site. Yall just need to pm me your Neopets account and password and I'll fix everything. Thank you, come again.

You forgot to ask for the CC number O_o How many times do I have to tell- always ask for CC number, exp date and security code. Tis for the customers protection after all!

So you admit you're stealing?!

I'll do my best to dig up the order number, not that I believe this will change something. <_<

I find it amusing that as a 'Legitimate Business', your business website is registered through Domains by Proxy so that it is much harder for you to be traced.

You seem to be extremely defensive when we try to get more information regarding your business. Now, any REAL company that is doing nothing wrong would not hesitate in providing proof of their business address, however you seem to go through extensive lengths to avoid the issue.

You claim to have many high level clients (celebrities, CEO's etc). Now these people do NOT get to be in the top of their leagues by throwing money away without looking into a company first. I don't believe that these sorts of people would just buy from you without being able to ascertain they were going to a) get their goods and b) see you were a real company by getting company information such as an address and contact number. They should NOT have to place an order to get this information... unless you know you are doing something wrong ;)

You must understand our criticisms, when you assert yourself as a legitimate company specialising in Neopets 'merchandise'.

Now I don't doubt that many of the people who order from you DO actually get their Neopoints, but I am dubious as to how you manage to continually keep stock of said Neopoints/Obtain such high end items'legitly' without getting your accounts frozen yourselves. Personally, I have had close to 600m worth of NP and items pass through my main account to my own clients without any problem, however I don't do it on a large 'company' scale operation.

    Edit;
I have found some GREAT user testimonials about your website! I am sure all the high-level celebrity and CEO clients of yours would NEVER have noticed these when looking into your business.

Yahoo Answers - User Opinions on NeopetsGuru.com (several RAVING reviews)

XomReviews.com (3 reviews... where you have received only 1 good review, possibly by yourself... I guess 1/3 aint too bad hey)

Buy Neopoint Reviews - This website SPECIALISES in Neopoint Selling Reviews... Guess what... another RAVE review from them. You have so many happy clients!

This information was available to me in under 10 mins of digging... I can continue looking if you would like.

Buy Neopoints Reviews is owned by the owners of http://www.meridell.net/ and http://buynps.org and yahoo answers is unmoderated and notorious for having rival companies post negative reviews notice how they post a link to a rival site. Also if you took the time to look you would see that the same response is cut and pasted on multiple yahoo answers. You might want to do some background reading on yahoo answers http://techcrunch.co...not-the-answer/

This is part of the reason why we don't bother putting testimonials on our site like many of our rivals who simply type up testimonials with a fake name. We just use a facebook like box. If you like us hit the button, if you don't you don't have to.

As for the original client we got your pm thank you for responding and we are sorry you cannot find your order number. If you do find it shoot us another pm! :)

And to the original thread poster I am sorry your thread got hijacked and snowballed into the realm of off topic. Now that the issue is resolved I will leave you to it. If any of you nay sayers have any other questions or comments shoot me a pm and I will answer/address them.

Still not sharing the address of your 'office' then? Very shady.

You're such a [REDACTED] Laser. This dude - he is reliable fast and diligent. When I tried to buy neopoints from you to the tune of $12 per million you could not even sell me any! He always has nps in stock. A truer gentleman I've never seen. Also I +repped him for his awesomenes.

Hi, I'm new on this site and I also considered buying from NeopetsGuru; however, my question is this: Is purchasing from your site a freezeable offense on Neopets? The items I want are very expensive and I'm not sure I want to run the risk. Also, I don't want to open a side account.

You were saying? Now that I've answered your qualms a retraction from both of you would be nice.

As for Tsvete pm me or use our contact form at:

    http://neopetsguru.com/contact-us.html

    Thanks :)

Of course we did. We've spent almost 7 years building and developing a brand, while managing as many customers as we do across multiple sites is a tough task we do try our best. If someone has a problem that hasn't been solved we are going to fix it. As for asking for her order number it is just a way to make sure that the order that was claimed to have not been delivered actually exists and was made by her. Any other company would do the same.

Our NP is not stolen hence the higher price.
