Ok, lets say I know for a fact the birthday I registered with, I know a neofriend but I am unsure about the email address used. Will knowing a neofriend and the birthday be enough to get the password if I send a ticket in?

    I don't think so. If you know the username then it will send the password to email address that you signed up with.

    If you don't know the username, then you just put in the email address.

    I would say just guess with all possibilities and see which works.

    I know the user name, I don't have the email anymore and I dont even remember what it was. I know the username, date of birth and a neofriend. I am wondering if that's enough to put a ticket through?

    Its worth a try. TNT might just be willing to pass you the information back.

    You could always try trawling google for the account name and other usernames you may have posted on forums with at the time you were active on the account and see if an email pops up from there.

    Probably not. They're absolutely useless when trying to get an account back. I still have an account from like 2002 like, haunting me. Just sitting there. Unused. ;_;
