havent played neopets for a while. Figure I'd increase my street cred by having some sick avatars. Any good ones out there that aren't prohibitively expensive and yet somewhat respectable?

Simple, since we're illegit, pay like 100k for a ZDAP lend. Done.

Zafara Double Agent Plushie. It's like 6-7 mil NP to buy, thus being lent is semi-difficult on the neoboards (since you're not allowed to pay for item lends). But people charge 100k and get the avie which sometimes takes months if done legit

FQD (Faerie Queen Doll), ZDAP (what Boggart said), Number Six (on a good day), and probably even the "Pwned by the lab" one are a tad respectable.

Better yet if you have the balls to scoresend, get one of the three top 50 game avatars, or get that one r90+ choc one (should be easy with ABing).

ICM/Feed florg and a couple more game avs are impressive...at least to me xD

I would personally stay away from the popular big item/adam avatars for posting with, unless you're known. Even then they still tend to have people question you.

Just go with something you like and make a generic sig to go with it. Even defaults fare off better as legit players than running around with adam.

And if you're looking for this street cred, rs&chat boards are the worst place to post. Almost everyone on one of those is regarded as a cheat by the legit community.
