I'm in training right now for MMA so I work out roughly 3-5 hours, 3 times a week although that should be increasing here soon as I don't have to do summer school. :shifty:

I also can't gain weight for the life of me and it really, really sucks. :/

I decided I can be lazy when I get home because my whole work day is a giant workout. Lifting anywhere between 20-100lb boxes nearly all day keeps me in shape. I really should work out when I get home because I'm not nearly as big as I wish I were.

I do a bit over an hour a day in biking for school and work, it serves as a great relaxation tool while the simulations are running.

I'm currently on a health kick. Hopefully this time I'll keep with it. Been eating healthy and exercising regularly for a couple of weeks now.

Right now I'm just jogging four times a week for about an hour. Tomorrow I'm going to start going to the gym. My work already requires me to walk all day.

    I bike 2-3 days a week
work out after school 3-4 days a week
lol if fapping counts then my time spent exercising skyrockets xD

Hahaha, what on earth is fapping?

Well, its gratifying to see that the second highest statistic is exercising between 4-6 hours a week. Its kind of scary to see that the highest is less than an hour a week. Hrmmm...

    Obviously not.

If fapping were physical activity, I'd be adding 3 minutes per day

I try to go to the gym every day for at least 30 minutes. I've found that it is really enjoyable to work out on the elliptical and watch a movie at the same time. It takes my mind off the workout and I get to catch up on all the movies I want to see.

I moved my exercise bike into the livingroom xD With school almost finished, I should hopefully be able to fit in at least an hour every day. Hoping to get a treadmill in a few months too. I hate going to gyms because of all the creepy sweaty dudes staring, and making comments about buns and boobs. Ugh.

    Can't you just...you know....run...?

Anyway, I'm running a half marathon in August and desperately want to beat my sister-in-law so been doing quite a lot recently. :p Trying to run 4 days a week, with an hour or so of squash on 2 of my off days and then an hour of yoga on the other. Probably doing about 8 hours a week?

Usually I'd be doing about half that.

Yeah, wouldn't it be better to run in the fresh air and warm sunshine *cars driving pass spewing exhaust*. Hahaha, but seriously, i always prefer running outdoors to in, especially somewhere that isn't too congested. I find that running on the treadmill i become extremely bored after around an hour and regualr scenic changes help keep my interest and mood up.

Omg. Thank you so much for the uncyclopedia link. I SO didn't need to see that opening line:

Fapping, also known as "milking the demon-teat", "choking the Great Pumpkin", "ghost riding the whip", and "wanking the monkey" is required twice daily to get the poison out.

Seriously though, it takes you all 3 mins or less? Isn't that rather... abrupt? And no it doesn't count. Hahaha

I have about a km of shoreline and 2km of forest I can run/bike through. That's the pleasure of low population.

That's what I thought too but to their defence no one is need of being pleased so lock your knees, don't breathe and get to the point. amirite?

The question I'd ask would be.. "Run where?" This is a pretty shitty country :p It's not particularly safe to be out after sunset unless you've got a gun in your running shorts. Treadmills are boring as Hell, but I'd be comfortable in my house and with the tv or a book or my music blaring :D

For the most part, I run as my daily activity and also do some weights/workout. My diet ranges from healthy to VERY unhealthy - that's the thing I need to improve on besides being consistent for working out.

@ Jake : Well, i suppose thats true, i mean, since no one is being pleasured but yourself, but still isn't the journey as important as the destination? And running on the beach is great. Especially on wet sand, where the sunction forces you to utilize more of your leg muscles and you get a tougher workout. :D

@ Muffin : Wow, you're preggers and pole dancing? I would have thought that running would be less strenuous on the baby than pole dancing? Unless you dont do all those extreme gyrations and stuff.
